By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Research Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy and Website Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase and remains subject to review and acceptance by First Class Wellness. We may correct genuine pricing or product-information errors, request further information, restrict quantities or cancel an order before dispatch.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Cleared payment must be received before processing or dispatch. For bank transfer, use the displayed BSB, account number, exact amount and order reference.
Product responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful selection, possession, storage, handling, testing and disposal of products, and for obtaining any approvals required for your research. Products must not be used for any human, veterinary, therapeutic or other prohibited purpose.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery estimates are guides rather than guarantees. Returns, damaged deliveries, incorrect items and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable Australian law.
Intellectual property
FCW branding, website design, original text and visual assets belong to First Class Wellness or its licensors and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies available under Australian law.
Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.
