Express shipping within Australia is $15. Orders over $400 receive free express shipping. These thresholds may be updated on the website from time to time.
Processing and tracking
Orders are processed after cleared payment and any required review. Tracking information is provided after dispatch. Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather, network delays and circumstances outside our control.
Delivery details
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and arranging safe receipt. Contact us promptly if you notice an address error; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery if an item is damaged, missing, incorrect or appears tampered with. Include your order number, a description and clear photographs of the parcel, label, packaging and affected items. Keep all packaging while the matter is investigated.
Change of mind
Because research materials cannot be returned to controlled inventory after leaving our custody, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns, customer ordering errors or products that are no longer required.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not exclude guarantees, refunds, replacements or other remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail a consumer guarantee, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy required by law.
